Veew + Close
Proposal software built for Close.
Your opportunity already knows the lead, the contact, and the number. Veew turns it into a personalized, on-brand proposal or sales deck, and notes the engagement back on the lead.

Pick the opportunity
Search any lead by name: its opportunities, the linked contact, value, and status come with it. Standard and custom fields map to your proposal fields.
AI writes for the prospect
The narrative is built from the opportunity and your discovery notes, laid out in your brand, citing your approved proof.
Activity flows back
Sends and accepts land as notes on the lead, and four Veew fields on the opportunity keep the latest document, its status, and its reads in view.
Reads a little, writes less
Your pipeline stays yours.
Veew reads the fields you map and writes only its own: a note in the lead's timeline and four custom fields on the opportunity. Value, status, confidence, and your contacts are never touched. Nothing is installed in your account, and any admin can revoke the connection from Close's settings.
- OAuth 2.0 sign-in, revocable from Close's settings
- Map any standard or custom field on opportunities, leads, and contacts
- Your local edits survive a refresh from Close
- Works on every Close plan, the trial included
No plan requirement: the API is on every Close tier.
Better together
Close for the pipeline. Your notetaker for the conversation.
Pair the Close integration with Granola or Fathom meeting notes and proposals reflect both the record and the conversation: the opportunity sets the frame, what the buyer said writes the story.
Veew + Close FAQ
How does Veew work with Close?
Connect once with your Close login, then pick any opportunity. The lead, the linked contact, and the opportunity data come into Veew automatically, the AI writes a proposal or deck for that prospect, and when it goes out Veew adds a note to the lead's timeline and keeps four "Veew" fields on the opportunity current: the latest document, its status, when it was last read, and how many times.
What does Veew write to Close?
One note per send and per accept, on the lead the opportunity belongs to, and its own four custom opportunity fields. It never edits value, status, confidence, contacts, or any field you mapped. Veew creates the four fields for you when the connecting user can manage custom fields; otherwise your admin adds them once and Veew picks them up by name.
What Close data does Veew read?
The opportunity, its lead, and, only if you map a contact field, the linked contact. Which fields come across is up to you: standard and custom fields on all three can be mapped to Veew fields under Settings → Fields. Opportunity values arrive in currency units, not cents.
Do I need a particular Close plan?
No. The API is available on every Close plan, so Veew connects to Base, Professional, and Enterprise accounts alike, the trial included.
Is Veew in the Close app marketplace?
Veew connects through Close's standard OAuth sign-in, the same way marketplace apps do; nothing is installed in your account and any admin can revoke it from Close's settings. The app is being made public by Close; until then, connecting is by invitation, so tell us if Close turns you away at sign-in.
What about meeting notes?
Pair Close with the Granola or Fathom integration and your call notes feed the narrative too: the proposal reflects both the opportunity record and what was actually said.
