Terms of Service
Last updated September 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of veew.ai and the Veew application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
Early access
Veew is currently in early access. Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued without notice, and we may limit or revoke access during this period. We'll do our best to give reasonable notice of material changes.
Accounts and sign-in
You need an account to use the Service, and you are responsible for what happens under it. You may sign in with an email address and password or with Google. If you use Google, your use of that account is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy, and you confirm you are entitled to use the account you sign in with — if it is issued by your employer, that they permit it. We receive only your basic profile information; see our privacy policy. Losing access to a Google account you signed up with may mean losing access to Veew, so keep a password on your account if that is a risk.
Your content
You own the proposals, presentations, brand assets, and other content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (including generating AI drafts and rendering shared documents). You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload and for the accuracy of what you send to your customers.
AI-generated content
AI drafts are suggestions. Review them before sending; you are responsible for the final document. We design the Service to use only proof you have approved, but we cannot guarantee that generated text is free of errors.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content; no attempts to breach security or access others' data; no reselling without our written agreement; no automated scraping.
Fees
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed per seat at the prices shown on the pricing page; the price, billing period and terms are presented before you are charged and form part of these terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or US$100 if you paid nothing).
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination we will make your content available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: hello@veew.ai.
