How does the Avoma integration work?
Paste an Avoma API key once, under Settings → Integrations. Veew registers its own webhook with Avoma, so the moment Avoma finishes a meeting's AI notes, Veew receives them, works out which deal the call belongs to from who was on it, and files the notes there. Calls Veew can't place wait in your inbox on Home for a one-click decision. Your last two weeks of customer calls come in when you connect.
Which Avoma plan do I need?
Avoma's API and webhooks are on its Organization and Enterprise plans; the Startup plan doesn't include them. An Avoma admin creates the key under Settings → Organization → Developer and scopes it to you, so only your meetings come through. Each person on your team connects with their own key.
Why does an admin have to create the key?
That's how Avoma works: API keys are created by workspace admins and scoped to a person. Ask your admin for a key with the scope User – limited access (or User – full access if your private meetings should come too), copy the whole CLIENT_KEY:CLIENT_SECRET string, and paste it into Veew. Nothing else to configure on Avoma's side.
What ends up in the proposal from my calls?
The substance, not the transcript. Veew reads Avoma's AI notes, the summary, key points, and action items, for the buyer's goals, pain points, and requirements, and writes the executive summary and approach around them. You review every draft before anything goes to a buyer.
Which calls does Veew take?
Only calls with someone from outside your company on them. Internal meetings are skipped, and Veew never reads your Avoma recordings or transcripts: the AI notes are all it asks for.
Do you support other notetakers?
Granola, Fathom, Fireflies, tl;dv, and Read AI are connected the same way. Gong is on request. Tell us which you use at support@veew.ai. You can also paste notes in manually from any tool.
