Veew + Granola
Your Granola notes just became your proposal.
The buyer told you exactly what they need, and it's sitting in your Granola notes. Veew turns those notes into the proposal's narrative automatically, so the document sounds like the conversation.
The gap Veew closes
Great discovery, generic proposal. Sound familiar?
Most teams do real discovery and then send a proposal that ignores it, because turning notes into a document is an afternoon nobody has. So the buyer gets boilerplate, and wonders if you were listening. Veew makes the notes the point.
- “Manual reporting takes about six hours a week.”
- “We need the two warehouses on one system by Q4.”
- “Security review is the step that stalled last time.”
- Too much manual reportingRoughly six hours a week goes to pulling numbers by hand.
- Two warehouses, two systemsConsolidation by Q4 is the forcing deadline.
- Security review, handled earlyWe front-load the review that stalled the last rollout.
Notes come to the deal
Each call's Granola notes file themselves on the matching deal: no hunting, no exporting, no pasting.
Said becomes written
Priorities, objections, requirements, and agreed next steps from the call shape the summary and approach.
In your brand, instantly
The result is a designed proposal in your brand system, not a text file to reformat.
Why buyers notice
“They actually listened.”
A proposal that opens with the buyer's own priorities: the compliance deadline they mentioned, the integration they asked about, the rollout timeline they need: reads completely differently than one that opens with your company history.
- Executive summary anchored in their words
- Objections from the call addressed head-on
- The agreed next step, already in the document
Send it while it's warm
The best time to send a proposal is hours after the call, not next week. Veew makes same-day the default.
You review everything
Notes inform the draft; you approve it. Nothing goes to a buyer without your eyes on it.
Pairs with your CRM
Granola brings what was said; HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Attio brings who, how much, and what stage. Together they give Veew the full picture of the deal.
Set up in minutes
Connect Granola and draft from your next call.
Create a Granola API key
In the Granola desktop app, open Settings → Connectors and click Personal API keys under API. Create a key with Personal notes and Public notes checked, and copy it; Granola shows it once. API keys need Granola's Business plan.
Connect it in Veew
In Veew, go to Settings → Integrations. Granola is under Your connections, because each person connects their own. Paste the key and choose Connect Granola. Veew registers its own webhook, so there is nothing else to set up in Granola.
Your calls land on their deals
Your last 14 days of calls import straight away, then each new one arrives on its own. Calls with someone from outside your company file themselves on the matching deal by the people and company on the invite; one that doesn't match waits on Home until you attach it. Internal meetings are skipped.
Draft from the call
Start a proposal, deck, or one-pager on the deal. The buyer's priorities, objections, and next steps from the notes shape the AI sales proposal, and the draft cites what it used so you can check every line before it goes out.
Every screen, permission, and troubleshooting step: Bring in call notes from your notetaker.
Veew + Granola FAQ
How does the Granola integration work?
Paste your Granola API key once, under Settings → Integrations. Veew registers its own webhook with Granola, so each new set of notes arrives the moment Granola writes it, and Veew files it on the right deal from who was on the call. Calls Veew can't place wait on Home for a one-click decision, and your last two weeks of calls come in when you connect. What the buyer said, asked, and agreed to then shapes the proposal's narrative: priorities, challenges, requirements, and next steps.
Do I need a paid Granola plan?
Yes. Granola's personal API keys come with its Business plan and above. Each person connects their own Granola account, because a key only sees the notes of the person who made it, and internal meetings with nobody from outside your company are skipped.
What ends up in the proposal from my notes?
The substance, not the transcript. Veew distills your notes into the buyer's goals, pain points, and requirements, and writes the executive summary and approach around them. Nothing is quoted verbatim unless you put it there.
What if my notes are messy?
That's the normal case. Granola's notes are already structured summaries, and Veew extracts what matters for the proposal: you review the draft before anything is sent, so you stay in control of what the buyer sees.
Do you support other notetakers?
Yes. Fathom, Fireflies, tl;dv, Avoma, and Read AI are connected the same way; Fathom, Fireflies, and Read AI work on their free plans, tl;dv needs its Pro or Business plan, Avoma its Organization or Enterprise plan. Gong is on request. Tell us which you use at support@veew.ai. You can also paste notes in manually from any tool.
- From call notes to proposal: what to do with the summary your notetaker just wrote
Fathom, Fireflies, Otter, Read AI, and Granola capture the call. Here's how to get from the summary to a proposal: what to extract, where it goes, and how to automate it.
