Veew + Pipedrive
Pipedrive proposal software that writes from the deal.
Your deal already knows the organization, the person, and the number. Veew turns it into a personalized, on-brand Pipedrive proposal or sales deck, and notes the engagement back on the deal.

Pick the deal
Search any deal by title or organization: the organization, linked person, value, and stage come with it. Standard and custom fields map to your proposal fields.
AI writes for the prospect
The narrative is built from the deal and your discovery notes, laid out in your brand, citing your approved proof.
Activity flows back
Sends and accepts land as notes on the deal, and four Veew fields keep the latest document, its status, and its reads in view.
Reads a little, writes less
Your pipeline stays yours.
Veew reads the fields you map and writes only its own: a note in the deal timeline and four custom fields on the deal. Value, stage, expected close date, and your persons are never touched. Nothing is installed in your account, and any admin can revoke the connection from Pipedrive's settings.
- OAuth 2.0 sign-in, revocable from Marketplace apps in Pipedrive
- Map any standard or custom field on deals, organizations, and persons
- Your local edits survive a refresh from Pipedrive
- Works on every Pipedrive plan, the trial included
No plan requirement: the API is on every Pipedrive tier.
Better together
Pipedrive for the pipeline. Your notetaker for the conversation.
Pair the Pipedrive integration with Granola, Fathom, Fireflies, tl;dv, Avoma, or Read AI meeting notes and proposals reflect both the record and the conversation: the deal sets the frame, what the buyer said writes the story.
Set up in minutes
Connect Pipedrive and draft from your first deal.
Connect Pipedrive
In Veew, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect Pipedrive. Sign in, choose the Pipedrive company if you belong to more than one, and approve the access. A workspace owner or admin does this once for everyone.
Let Veew add its fields
If you connected as a Pipedrive admin, Veew adds its four custom deal fields a moment later, plus a webhook so deal changes reach Veew. If not, notes still land, and an admin adds the fields once by hand.
Map your fields
Veew starts you with the organization's name, industry, and website, plus the deal's title, value, and expected close date. Under Settings → Fields, pick any standard or custom deal, organization, or person field for each Veew field.
Import a deal and draft
Under Deals, click Import from Pipedrive and search by deal title or organization. The organization, linked person, and mapped fields come with it, and Veew writes the first draft of an AI sales proposal, deck, or one-pager for you to review.
Every screen, permission, and troubleshooting step: Pipedrive: connect, import and write back.
Veew + Pipedrive FAQ
How does Veew work with Pipedrive?
Connect once with your Pipedrive login, then pick any deal. The organization, the linked person, and the deal data come into Veew automatically, the AI writes a proposal or deck for that prospect, and when the buyer acts on it Veew adds a note to the deal and keeps four "Veew" fields on it current: the latest document, its status, when it was last read, and how many times.
What does Veew write to Pipedrive?
A note on the deal when a document is sent, accepted, commented on by the buyer, or its form is answered, and its own four custom deal fields. It never edits value, stage, pipeline, owner, persons, or any field you mapped. Veew creates the four fields for you when the connecting user is a Pipedrive admin; otherwise your admin adds them once and Veew picks them up by name.
What Pipedrive data does Veew read?
The deal, its organization, and the person linked to it, with their name, job title, and email. Which other fields come across is up to you: standard and custom fields on deals, organizations, and persons can be mapped to Veew fields under Settings → Fields. Veew reads a deal only when you import it, refresh it, start a document from it, or Pipedrive reports a change to it; it doesn't copy your whole account.
Do I need a particular Pipedrive plan?
No. The API is available on every Pipedrive plan, so Veew connects to Lite, Growth, Premium, and Ultimate accounts alike, the free trial included.
Is Veew in the Pipedrive Marketplace?
Not listed yet. Veew connects through Pipedrive's standard OAuth sign-in, the same way Marketplace apps do: nothing else is installed in your account, and the person who connected can uninstall it any time from Tools and apps → Marketplace apps.
Which Veew plan do I need?
Connecting Pipedrive and importing deals work on every Veew plan, Free included. Writing back to Pipedrive, the notes and the four Veew fields, is part of Starter ($19 a month) and Team ($39 per seat a month).
What about meeting notes?
Connect a notetaker (Granola, Fathom, Fireflies, tl;dv, Avoma, or Read AI) and each call's notes file themselves on the matching deal in Veew, so the proposal reflects both the Pipedrive record and what was actually said.
