How does the Read AI integration work?
Sign in to Read from Veew once, under Settings → Integrations. From then on Veew reads each finished meeting report, works out which deal the call belongs to from who was on it, and files the summary, action items, key questions, and topics there. Calls Veew can't place wait in your inbox on Home for a one-click decision. Your last two weeks of customer calls come in when you connect.
Which Read AI plan do I need?
Read's API works on every plan, the free one included; a Read workspace admin just has to have Downloads turned on under Workspace Settings → Reports & Sharing. Live updates, where Read tells Veew the moment a report is ready, use a webhook, which Read offers on its Pro plans and up. Without one, Veew checks for new reports every few minutes while you use it and every night otherwise.
Is there an API key to copy?
No. Read's API uses sign-in rather than keys: you click Connect Read AI, sign in to Read, and allow Veew to read your meetings. Veew never sees your Read password and never writes anything to Read. Each person on your team connects with their own Read account, so only their own calls come through.
What ends up in the proposal from my calls?
The substance, not the transcript. Veew reads Read's report, the summary, action items, key questions, and topics, for the buyer's goals, pain points, and requirements, and writes the executive summary and approach around them. You review every draft before anything goes to a buyer.
Which calls does Veew take?
Only calls with someone from outside your company on them. Internal meetings are skipped, and Veew never reads your Read recordings or transcripts: the report is all it asks for.
Do you support other notetakers?
