What Reports shows
Reports in the top nav shows how the whole team's documents are doing: what went out, what was read, what was accepted, and which templates do the work. It is on Team. On Free and Starter, the page shows an example month so you can see what you would get.
You only see documents you are allowed to see. If your workspace limits who sees what, Reports follows the same rules.
Pick a range and filter
- 1Choose 30 days (the default), 90 days or This quarter. Custom takes a start and end date; choose Apply.
- 2Narrow it with the menus on the right: Everyone (pick one person), All kinds (Proposal, Sales deck, One-pager) and All templates.
- 3The range and filters are part of the page address, so you can send a colleague exactly what you are looking at.
The numbers
A document counts as sent in the range in which it first went live, whether you sent it from Veew or copied the link.
- Sent
- What it shows
- Documents that went live in the range.
- Opened
- What it shows
- The share of those opened at least once, and how many.
- Accepted
- What it shows
- How many were accepted, with their value.
- Time to first open
- What it shows
- The median time from going live to the first open.
- Time to accept
- What it shows
- The median time from going live to acceptance.
- Forwards
- What it shows
- Times a link reached someone new, with the number of readers and the average time per visit.
By person and by template
By person shows each person's Sent, Opened, Accepted, Pipeline (the deal value of everything they sent in the range) and Avg. time / visit. Choose a column heading to sort, or a name to see only that person's documents.
By template shows Uses, Opened, Accepted and Median read for each template. Most read · least read names the section most readers reached and the one fewest did, which shows where readers stop. Choose a template's name to filter the page to it.
Under Templates, each of your templates also shows a line such as 12 uses · 58% opened · 25% accepted, counted over everything ever sent from it. Choose that line to open Reports filtered to that template.
When buyers read shows opens by weekday and hour, in UTC. Where and on what shows readers by country and by device.
Export to CSV
Documents CSV and Events CSV at the top of the page download data for the range and filters you have chosen.
- Documents CSV has one row per document sent in the range. Each row includes the template, creator, deal, amount, when it was sent, first and last opened, opens, unique visitors, forwards, downloads, comments, when it was accepted, and time read.
- Events CSV has every event on those links, such as opens, downloads, accepts and questions. Each row includes the time, recipient, device, browser, country, city and whether it was a forward, plus the section and seconds for section reads.
The Monday digest
Every Monday, Veew can email you a summary of the last seven days. It covers how many documents were sent, opened and accepted, up to five that went out with their opens, the ones that were accepted, and up to five that went quiet (live and read, but not opened for five days or more). It links to Reports for that week.
The digest is off by default and is only sent for workspaces on Team. Each person's digest covers the documents they can see. If nothing was sent, read or went quiet that week, no digest is sent.
- 1Open Profile from your avatar menu.
- 2Under Notifications, tick or untick A weekly digest on Monday.
- 3Choose Save notifications.
