Brand, products, fields and your team

The Settings tabs an admin sets up once so every document and every rep starts from the same place.

Brand

Settings → Brand has two cards. Company holds the company name, website, About us, Standard terms (pasted into the Terms section of new templates) and Tone of voice, which guides the AI. Brand holds the logo, an optional white logo for dark covers, three colours (neutrals are derived from them) and the type pairing.

Every document picks the brand up automatically. Members can read the page; only owners and admins can change it.

Products and fields

Settings → Products is the price list pricing tables pull from: name, description, price, currency and whether it is one-time, monthly or annual.

Settings → Fields is the catalogue of variables. Built-ins such as {{company.name}} and {{deal.amount}} cannot be edited. Add field creates a custom one, for example {{seats}}, with a label, key, type (text, number, currency, percent, date, select, yes/no, product) and group. Type it into a template or bind it to a pricing quantity and the create form asks for it. With HubSpot connected, each field can be mapped to the HubSpot property it fills from.

Team and roles

Settings → Team lists members with their role. Owners and admins curate the brand, products, templates and Library and manage the team; members create deals and documents. Who can see what is a single switch: Open means every member sees every deal and document; Restricted means a member sees their own work plus deals they are on the team for.

Invite people emails an invite to the address you enter (Send invite). It works once, only for that address, and expires in 14 days; the same link is shown so you can also paste it to them, and pending invites can be resent or revoked. Removing someone asks who their deals and documents should be handed to.

Profile and domain

Profile, in the account menu, holds your name, title, phone and photo (they fill {{sender.*}}), your notification switches for opens and accepts, and your email and password.

Settings → Domain serves documents and deal spaces from your own address, such as sales.yourcompany.com: add the domain, create the two DNS records shown, and it goes live once they resolve.
