One-page template
Product One-Sheet Template
Before a second meeting, a careful buyer wants the facts: what the product does, what it connects to, how it's deployed and supported, and how it's priced. The product one-sheet answers those on a single page: a header band, three headline numbers, the product in a browser frame with its capabilities beside it, and a specification table for the reader who skips straight to the details. A datasheet, not a brochure.
Live route and vehicle data for every truck
At a glance
Brightline Telematics is fleet telematics for waste and recycling haulers. It shows where every truck is, what it's doing, and which stops were missed, without an extra tap from the driver.
What's inside
Every truck on one map, with missed and late stops flagged as they happen.
Lift-arm sensors and photos confirm each pickup, so disputes take minutes.
Idling, harsh braking, and speeding by driver, ready for weekly coaching.
Engine fault codes sent to the shop before a truck breaks down on route.

Who this template is for
- Product marketers who need a sell sheet sales will actually send
- Follow-ups after a first call, before the technical evaluation
- Events, partner kits, and anywhere the product travels without you
Write the facts once in your own version of the template (on the Team plan you can lock the details so reps can't change them) and Veew tailors the rest per prospect: the summary and the demo step speak to their workflow, from the deal. Where there's no fact to cite, the AI leaves a gap rather than guessing.
What's inside
The sections, and the job each one does
Cover
A brand-art band and what the product does in plain words a stranger understands. No slogan.
At a glance
Two sentences for someone who's never heard of you, and three facts: time to go live, integrations, uptime.
What's inside
A product screenshot in a browser frame beside four capabilities, each phrased as what the user gets.
The details
Deployment, security, integrations, support, onboarding, and pricing model: the spec table a buyer checks against the security review.

FAQ
What is a product one-sheet?
A single page describing one product: who it's for, what it does, key capabilities, and the facts a buyer checks, like integrations, security, support, and pricing model. It's also called a sell sheet or product datasheet.
What's the difference between a product one-sheet and a sales one-pager?
A product one-sheet is about the product and works for any buyer. A sales one-pager is about one buyer's problem and what changes for them. Send the one-sheet early for the facts; send the one-pager when you're making the case to a specific account.
Should a product one-sheet include pricing?
Usually the pricing model (per seat, per site, platform fee) but not the number. Prices depend on the deal and change more often than the sheet does, and a figure on a forwarded PDF becomes an anchor you didn't choose.
